PLATFORM AND APPLICATION

What is Evidence OS?

Evidence OS is Whiteboxx’s enterprise AI platform for working with data, execution agents and reusable workflows. It provides services that enterprise applications can build on. Whiteboxx extends those services with the business logic, interfaces and system integrations required by the application.

For an account-review application, the platform can supply data retrieval and analytical tasks while custom software handles the account model, user experience and integration with the enterprise’s systems. The architecture identifies the components to reuse and the extensions to build.

PLATFORM RESPONSIBILITIES

What you reuse and what you extend.

PLATFORM RESPONSIBILITIES

Data and evidenceSource discovery, selected observations and source references.Your source connections, entity mappings and business definitions.
Execution agentsDefined assignments, permitted tools and structured results.Domain calculations and additional tool integrations required by the task.
WorkflowsReusable definitions, run inputs, step progress and deliverable references.Your process steps, review rules and downstream system actions.

What should an enterprise AI platform provide?

Evaluate the platform through a complete business task: access the records, perform the required work, produce a usable result and connect it to the application. Ask which components are available, how they are extended and what the delivery team must implement.

For Whiteboxx, that review includes the external data foundation, execution-agent tools, workflow runs and service interfaces. The build scope then specifies additional calculations, enterprise connections, application code and operating responsibilities.
