EVIDENCE OS / PROACTIVE INTELLIGENCE
Run work when
your business needs it.
Start a workflow on demand or schedule a recurring run. For an event-driven application, Whiteboxx builds the connection and routing that turn a new filing, account update or other business event into the next piece of work.
- Publication
A source releases or revises evidence
- Acquisition
The evidence is retrieved or retained
- Execution
The workflow runs against available inputs
A schedule starts the work; the evidence dates explain its currency
THE SCHEDULE
Schedule the review your team needs.
Choose the workflow, recurring time, time zone and inputs. Each scheduled occurrence starts a separate run, with its progress and results recorded.
A scheduled run can prepare a recurring analysis for an application or management process. The application determines how the result is reviewed, displayed or passed to another system.
THREE DIFFERENT CLOCKS
Source dates matter as much as the schedule.
| Clock | What changes | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Source publication | The publisher releases or revises an observation. | An economic series is revised after its initial release. |
| Source acquisition | The platform or connected system retrieves that release. | A retained evidence slice gains a newer capture date. |
| Workflow execution | The analytical protocol runs against available inputs. | The management brief is prepared before the review meeting. |
REPORTING CHANGES
Make changes easy to identify.
Keep the previous result and specify the periods to compare. The next report should distinguish a new reporting period from a revision to an older value, and explain any change in the method.
Change detection and notifications are configured as part of the workflow. They need a comparison rule and a destination; setting a schedule alone does not supply either.
EVENT-DRIVEN WORK
Start an analysis when an event occurs.
A new filing or account update may need a response before the next scheduled review. We can build the event connection, analysis and routing around the platform’s scheduled and on-demand workflows.
