Build the parts that are specific to your business.
Your organisation has its own account structures, calculations, operating rules and systems. Those requirements belong in the application design. Evidence OS provides reusable services for working with data, execution agents and workflows beneath that design.
For a client-reporting application, the foundation can handle analytical tasks and workflow runs while the custom software adds client access, reporting rules, review screens and delivery connections. Another application can reuse selected platform services with a different interface and process.

The platform exposes interfaces for evidence, agents, workflows and conversations. An application can submit work, follow its progress and use the returned result. We select the interfaces and output formats the application needs.
Extending the platform can mean adding a source connection, a specialist analytical service or a custom workflow step. We define those extensions alongside the user experience, test them together and document which components the customer operates.
