CUSTOM TECHNOLOGY / SYSTEMS INTEGRATION
AI integration for
existing enterprise systems.
Build the connections that bring records into an application, coordinate its workflow and deliver the result to the right system. We extend Evidence OS services with the mappings, business rules and integration behaviour the process requires.
What do AI integration services include?
AI integration services connect AI capabilities to the data and software a business already uses. The work includes source access, record mapping, data preparation, the analytical operation and delivery into an application or destination system.
Whiteboxx builds these connections around Evidence OS and your enterprise platforms. An integration can retrieve an approved warehouse view, assemble account context for an agent or deliver a reviewed result to another system. Each path has its own business definitions and implementation requirements.
FOLLOW THE HANDOFF
Reduce the steps your team still handles by hand.
A report may be ready while someone still has to find the account, identify the reviewer and copy the outcome into another tool. We design the integration around those remaining steps.
For a CRM review, that could mean selecting accounts, running company research and displaying the findings against the correct record. Updating a CRM field or creating a task needs its own mapping and error handling.
DIFFERENT FIRST-PARTY JOBS
Start with the platform your team uses.
Snowflake
Query selected warehouse measures and use them in an analytical workflow.
Snowflake integration 02Stripe
Build the billing retrieval and finance-approved calculations needed by a revenue application.
Stripe integration 03Zendesk

Zendesk integrationINTEGRATION RESPONSIBILITIES
Agree what happens at each step.
| Part of the flow | What the design establishes |
|---|---|
| Read | The account or tenant, selected assets, fields, time window and access method. |
| Transform and analyse | The metric definitions, mappings and analytical services used. |
| Present and review | The screen or work item, reviewer and required context. |
| Write or deliver | The exact destination, allowed action and confirmation or completion state. |
| Recover | Retry behaviour, duplicate handling and the owner of an unresolved exception. |
ACCEPTANCE
Verify the result in the receiving system.
Testing follows a request to its intended destination. It checks that the correct account, period and evidence arrived, and that the receiving system recorded the result.
An event-driven integration also needs rules for duplicate events and retries. We include those in the connection and delivery design.
