EVIDENCE OS / REACTIVE PERSPECTIVES
Explore how stakeholders
might respond to a proposal.
Professional persona agents respond to supplied context from a specified role, such as an architect or procurement lead. They are a reactive perspective-taking capability within Evidence OS; execution agents perform the data-driven analytical work.
Procurement lead
What evidence supports the commitment?
Enterprise architect
How does this fit the existing environment?
Operations leader

THE ROLE IN A WORKSHOP
Prepare for the questions that matter to each role.
A procurement lead may focus on ownership and support. An architect may ask about access and integration. An operations manager may want to know who handles exceptions. Persona agents help a team explore these different concerns before a meeting.
Describe the role, situation and available evidence. The response is an inferred perspective, not a statement from a real stakeholder or a prediction of their decision.
THREE PROFESSIONAL PERSPECTIVES
Three ways to examine the same proposal.
| Role | Scenario to explore | Question to take to the real stakeholder |
|---|---|---|
| Procurement lead | An AI supplier proposes a multi-year operating arrangement. | Which evidence, ownership terms and support commitments would procurement require? |
| Enterprise architect | A new analytical application needs warehouse data and internal identity. | Which data connections, service boundaries and deployment assumptions need to be resolved? |
| Operations leader | A workflow changes how a team reviews and distributes reports. | Who owns exceptions, and which extra handoffs would the team inherit? |
BEFORE AND AFTER THE CONVERSATION
Turn the discussion into a better proposal.
Start with the findings from your research, then ask the persona to respond to the proposal. A question it raises might become an interview question, a design requirement or a change to the plan.
Use those questions in the actual stakeholder conversation. That is where you establish the organisation’s priorities and constraints.
