Software Testing Engineer
Test the enterprise applications people use to access data, carry out analytical tasks and complete business workflows. You’ll cover APIs, interfaces and data processing, including incomplete results and failed dependencies.
THE ROLE
What you’ll do.

Plan and automate tests
Create tests around user tasks, API behaviour, data transformations and workflow completion.

Investigate difficult failures
Reproduce incorrect calculations, missing records, unsupported findings and failed steps. Work out whether the cause lies in the data, model or application.

Help the team release with confidence
Combine exploratory testing with automation. Report clear reproduction steps, verify fixes and add checks for important regressions.

You examine the data behind a result as well as the response shown in the interface.
