Forward Deployed Engineer
Work directly with customers to turn a business requirement into deployed software. You’ll connect data sources, build agent workflows and develop applications that fit how their teams work.
THE ROLE
What you’ll do.

Understand the customer’s process
Work with users to define the question or workflow, identify the data and agree what the application should deliver.
- 02
Build and integrate
Develop data connections, agent tasks, workflow steps and interfaces. Extend Evidence OS data, agent and workflow services with customer-specific logic and integrations.
- 03
Deliver and improve
Test with customer examples, resolve problems with users and improve the system after release. Document what the operating team needs to maintain it.
What you’ll bring.
You can move between customer discussions, application code and data or API investigations.
You explain technical choices clearly and make practical decisions when requirements are still developing.
You follow a system through deployment, including source quality, error handling and handover.
