FIRST-PARTY DATA / SURVEYMONKEY + WHITEBOXX AI
Use survey responses
to guide the next product question.
Retrieve SurveyMonkey responses and question definitions for a research readout with clear response bases and follow-up questions.
THE ANALYTICAL TASK
What should the survey lead you to investigate?
A product-priority survey can help choose the next investigation. Keep the question wording with the result and distinguish expressed preference from observed feature adoption.
Select the survey, retrieve its questions and answer options, and fetch the permitted responses. Existing code handles bulk-response pagination and aggregates the returned records.
THE OUTPUT
Findings linked to the questions respondents answered.
The readout shows response distributions, valid bases and interpretation. Before comparing survey waves, check that wording, recruitment and populations are compatible.
INPUTS AND DEFINITIONS
Define the response base and comparison.
| Input or measure | What to establish |
|---|---|
| Question base | Count valid answers for the specific question. |
| Collection context | Record dates, recruitment and incomplete responses. |
| Wave comparison | Check question and population changes before interpreting movement. |
CONNECTOR BUILDING BLOCKS
Validate the response extraction and aggregates.
We confirm access, response coverage and question-type handling, then reconcile aggregates against the source responses.
Weights, matrices, multiple selections and open text need the right analytical treatment. Small-group suppression does not establish statistical validity. Publishing surveys and sending invitations are separate operations.
PILOT ACCEPTANCE
How should you evaluate a SurveyMonkey integration?
| Check | Evidence to review |
|---|---|
| Preserve the questionnaire | Keep question wording, choices and the response mapping with the extraction. Verify that the records belong to the selected survey and period. |
| Check the comparison base | Distinguish complete responses, partial responses and ineligible answers. Reconcile subgroup counts before presenting a percentage. |
| Define the follow-up | Link the finding to a product or customer question and specify the next evidence needed. A survey response is not a record of observed product behaviour. |
PLANNING THE IMPLEMENTATION
Is this a ready-to-use SurveyMonkey connection?
Whiteboxx has connector building blocks for SurveyMonkey, which must be configured and validated for the selected tenant, source objects and analytical task. The project still needs result reconciliation and any additional application, historical-data or delivery work described above.
